  • Our Limited Edition products are refreshed seasonally, so once they're sold out, they're gone for good. We'll always have our Classic colors, though, so even if your size is unavailable, you can place an order on backorder! What is the status of my order?
  • Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to drop us a line via email at contact@roxee.online

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
  • We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please send an email to contact@roxee.online We will find a good solution. If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back for free within 30 days of purchase.

    How much is shipping?
    • We love that you had taken the time to read through our FAQs and wants to offer free shipping. Just use the following code: FAQFREESHIPPING at checkout.

    Where do you ship to?
    • Currently we ship to the moon, mars and major asteroid. Just kidding! but we have got earth covered. (Ps: Internationally)

    Will the gift card ever expire?
    • Currently, we are working on creating gift card system for our customers. But when the system is live, No, our gift cards are good for all of eternity! The code only expires once the full amount of the gift card has been used.

    Are gift cards transferrable?
    • Currently, we are working on creating gift card system for our customers. But when the system is live, Yup, we're all about sharing the love! The only thing you need to transfer your gift card is the gift card code, which can be found on your gift card page.

    Can I return a gift card?
    • Currently, we are working on creating gift card system for our customers. But when the system is live, this will be how it is going to be. 
    • Our gift cards are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. If for some reason you don’t love your new product after 30 days, we’ll gladly take them back and give you a full refund on the gift card—no questions asked.

    Does the gift card amount includes shipping costs and an applicable taxes for my items?
    • We always cover free ground shipping with each order from Roxee. Since state taxes vary, we cannot offer gift card amounts that cover taxes as well.

    Return and Exchanges

    What is your return policy?
    • We offer a 30-day trial period. If you're not sold by day 30, you can return your product for free with no questions asked, even if you've used them. Though shipping cost will be applied. 
    • Please note that items on sale and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    How do I make a return or exchange?
    • It's simple: Make sure you have your order number and billing zip code. If you don’t know your order number, one tip is to try searching for “Confirmation For Order” in your email inbox. Then email us at contact@roxee.online
    • If you need your exchange sooner rather than later, we suggest requesting a refund and ordering the next item separately. This is also a great option if the color you're interested in is Limited Edition. Once a Limited Edition color is sold out, it's gone for good, so be sure to get it while you can!

    When can I expect my refund?
    • Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund.
